We are honored that TUV NORD Indonesia was once again invited by the Ministry of Industry to present BRCGS food safety product knowledge for medium and large-scale industries in a session supported by the Ministry and held in Surabaya, East Java. On this occasion, I presented internal data showing that 48% of certified sites come from the fish product category, followed by crab (15%), confectionery (including jelly, crackers, biscuits, and agar) at 12%, and coconut sugar at 19%.
These products are exported primarily to North America (35%), Europe (24%), and Asia (Japan) (22%), with smaller volumes going to South America, Africa, Oceania, and Australia.
